Simply return the product in its original condition, with the box and/or packaging intact. Our dedicated team will inspect the returned product, and if it is found to be defective or damaged, we will process a refund, including any shipping fees incurred.

 In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, you can also reach out to us within three days from the delivery date. Return the item in its original condition with the original box and/or packaging, and we will gladly replace the item with the correct one. If the original item is no longer available, a refund will be processed instead.

Order Cancellation:

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 4-5 working days after the cancellation request. Once an order is dispatched, no cancellation will be entitled nor any modifications to orders will be made.
